The Grayson Warranty Service Department is responsible for administering the terms of the warranty program and ensuring your satisfaction. They are trained to respond to your needs in a prompt, professional manner.
Any product as significant and complex as a new home will require corrections and more importantly, maintenance. During the period described on your purchase contract, Grayson Homes will make warranted repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. To assist you in obtaining warranty support, we have established a few simple guidelines designed with our customers in mind. After the close of your home, please contact the Warranty Department with all questions, concerns, and repair requests.
Service request should be submitted via facsimile or the web for non emergency repairs; however, if your situation falls within emergency guidelines or you believe a delay in responding to your claim could result in further damage, please contact us immediately. If your situation does not fall within the emergency guidelines, you should use the procedures outlined above for requesting warranty service.
